Oliver leads the asset management of Dart Interests’ hospitality portfolio. He previously served as SVP and Head of Asset Management at Parks Hospitality Holdings, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar hotel portfolio across the United States and Mexico. Prior to that, he led pre-opening and transformation initiatives on ultra-luxury developments at Red Sea Global, and held senior asset management roles with institutional REIT platforms Park Hotels & Resorts and Hersha Hospitality Trust. Oliver began his career in hotel consulting and in luxury hotel operations in London. He completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University, previously served on the board of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association, and designed Europe’s first hotel asset management course at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
