In Julia’s role as Director of Human Resources, she oversees success in all human resources functions, including employment law, employee relations, safety, compliance, recruitment, training and development, benefits and compensation, and organizational cultural changes. She brings over 22 years of progressive human resources expertise in the hotel industry to her current role, including experience in corporate, independent, brand, franchise, luxury, golf operations, membership clubs and rental management. Julia earned her B.S. in Business & Human Resources Management and is devoted to her loving family.
