Jon is responsible for Dart Interests’ development and investment activities in Florida. He brings 26 years of leadership experience in urban mixed-use development and finance, master planning, and hospitality development with expertise in creating public/private partnerships. Previously, Jon led the $1B mixed use redevelopment of the 310-acre Motorola Corporate Campus in Chicago as well as urban revitalization projects for the University of Chicago which helped transform the historic Hyde Park community. Jon has a passion for teaching and has served as an adjunct Professor with Roosevelt University’s Graduate Real Estate Program for 16 years. He is a member of ULI and earned his M.S. in Real Estate Development and Finance from Columbia University and his B.A. from Northwestern University.
