Ernesto is a Senior Vice President of Investments & Analysis, leading financial analysis, portfolio reporting, capital markets activities, and the underwriting of new active and passive real estate investments. He specializes in translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and long-term value creation.
Previously, Ernesto served as Director of Operations and Financial Analysis at Baha Mar in The Bahamas, where he developed enterprise-wide financial models, implemented FP&A systems, and established forecasting and reporting processes across multiple business units.
Ernesto holds the PLDA designation and alumni status from Harvard Business School. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University, completed the Private Equity Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, and earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
